Maintenance work on December 18, 2021
We will be updating the SYNAXON Managed Services email archiving to the latest version and will therefore have a maintenance window for this coming Saturday, December 18, 2021, starting at 11:00 AM. The update is scheduled to last 4 hours.
During this time, the email archive will only be partially available. All archiving jobs will be automatically resumed no later than the completion of the maintenance.
We will notify you as soon as the maintenance work is completed.
In addition, the following new features are available to you:
- BCC can be searched.
- Emails exported via recipients no longer include BCC headers.
We also recommend updating the client, as version 13 includes bug fixes for security-related features. The new version will be available via our email app (email.synaxon.de).
