Maintenance announcements will be listed among the other information on the Support page You can find the public address in iCal format.
What criteria are used to define maintenance windows?
Most maintenance windows are specified directly by the manufacturer. Some maintenance windows are necessary to avert an immediate threat. The scheduled appointments for "SYNAXON Services" are usually for updating core systems, rolling out new features, or troubleshooting. We try, whenever possible, to complete all necessary work within the scheduled maintenance windows.
