Update 21.11.2025
N-able has resolved the issue: Starting with MAV agent version 7.9.26.568, Windows 11 25H2 is now fully supported. If the installation still fails, first check your agent version. If it's older than 7.9.26.568, please submit a support ticket. Marketplace Dashboard.

The latest Windows 11 update (version 25H2) is currently causing problems with Managed Antivirus (MAV). New installations, repair installations, and individual scans are all affected.
What you need to know
If you are planning an upgrade to Windows 11 25H2, we recommend postponing the update until the next version of the AV agent is available. This will ensure smooth and uninterrupted protection.
If you have already performed the upgrade
Don't worry – your existing antivirus agent will continue to function normally, even if you receive false positives or warnings about the affected devices. However, please note that reinstalling or repairing the antivirus agent will fail on systems running Windows 11 25H2.
Our next steps
N-able is actively working on a new version of its AV agent that will fully support Windows 11 25H2. We will notify you as soon as it is released. You can find N-able's current status update here: Status message

Managed Endpoint Security continues to run smoothly.
