As a Master MSP, we ensure you can get started with our products immediately. To achieve this, we create guidelines for you in all key areas, such as patch management. Every partner has access to these guidelines.
Of course, you are free to create your own guidelines.
IMPORTANT: When creating your own guidelines, please always put your partner number at the beginning. This is the only way to ensure that no one accidentally uses or changes your policy.
We regularly review and clean up all our systems. The next review will be on March 27, 2023. Please ensure that all your individual policies begin with your partner number, otherwise we will have to remove them from the system.
