Handling sensitive customer data
In our last blog We have reported on this topic and how important the responsible handling of end-customer data is to us.
In many cases, it is not necessary to provide personal data when using our products. However, in some cases, providing certain data is essential to ensure full functionality and performance.
In this table, we have explicitly listed the data we collect, each with a brief explanation. We use this data solely for providing our services and will not share it with third parties without your explicit consent.

To be on the safe side, you should always conclude a data processing agreement with your customers. Our template for a data processing agreement provides the ideal basis. You simply need to add your business partners. Take this opportunity to update your data processing agreements. Perhaps one or more suppliers or service providers have joined you behind the scenes?
