This portal is THE place for you as a SYNAXON services partner to find all the information, support, and documentation you need for your professional development in the managed services sector. Onboarding videos, product information, tutorials, scripts, sales support, service descriptions, checklists, FAQs, roadmap – all this and much more is offered on this website.
Your feedback has made us aware that, although the content is very valuable to you, the user-friendliness could be improved. This is despite our efforts to make the website more user-friendly.
That's why we started building a new SYNAXON Services partner area a few months ago. We're almost finished, and it's launching next week! Want to know more? Just keep scrolling!
The SYS team is working on…the brand new SYNAXON Services partner area
Over the next few days, we will be migrating all the content from the SMS info page to the new partner area. You will still be able to access all content using your EGIS login details.
Our goal: To make navigation, user-friendliness, and therefore access to content easier and faster for you.
The content will be divided into four areas in the future:

- Technical support
- Expand managed services
- Further help
This way we can support you even better and faster in all areas of your business!

A reason to celebrate! ???? Look at all the things that happen in 9,125 days…
Last week, exactly 25 years ago, our Bernd Szarkowski-Tegtmeier, Microsoft Solution Consultant, Cloud Strategist and self-proclaimed IBM Notes/Domino Specialist, had his first day of work at the PC-SPECIALIST franchise headquarters.
He had just finished his studies and initially worked with about 20 colleagues on the upper floor of an office on Eckendorfer Straße in Bielefeld. The intranet consisted of several Notes servers. They faxed like crazy. The servers were set up with Novell NetWare and OS/2. They used Yahoo for searches, since Google was still in beta, and were cluttered with AOL CDs.

Here's what's been happening in recent weeks – updates from the past month
SYNAXON Managed RMM: In addition to many small optimizations and adjustments to the design, there are two important functional enhancements:
- Improvements to the antivirus update check.
- Automated tasks now run almost in real time.
SYNAXON Managed Email Archiving: Thanks to the new white labeling, your customers can now use the product and portal pages in a more modern design, interact with a neutral domain, and count on a personal approach.

SYNAXON Managed Backup: Microsoft 365 backup is now available in both workload and gigabyte plans. You can choose whether to use the pool quota of SYNAXON Storage or subscribe to a flat rate per M365 account with Acronis Storage. Full details are available in the current [document/document/etc.]. SYNAXON Services Calculator: We have the Managed Services Calculator Customized for you. The new Managed Firewall products and the journaling feature of Managed Email Archiving are now included.
