Last week we in Master MSP Newsletter We announced that the SMS info page would be getting a glamorous makeover – and now it's here. The new SYNAXON Services partner area is live!
All SMS information content has been moved to the new partner area. You can still access it with your EGIS login details.
What has changed?
- The basic structure/navigation: The content is divided into four different areas – Sales Support (and then by product), Technical Support (and then by product), Managed Services, and Further Help. We are sure that this will make it much easier for you to find the information you need.
- The product pages: For each product there is a sales page and a technical page.
- Managed Services section: Here you will find many new pages designed to help you build, expand, and further develop your business.
Where can you find the new partner area?
Wherever the links for the SMS info page were (product dashboards, onboarding emails, in the newsletter footer, etc.), you will now find the links for the new partner area. It is also available in... EGIS To find it, click on a saved link for the SMS info page and you will be redirected to the new partner area. From there you can easily navigate to your desired page. Or simply click here – partner.synaxon-services.de
What to do if something doesn't work?
We've thoroughly tested the new partner area, but at the end of the day, we're only human 😊. If you encounter an unexpected error message, a broken link, or anything else seems amiss, we'd appreciate a quick message. sys-vertrieb@synaxon.de.
