iTeam Connects | Women | All dates

The group iTeam Connects | Women meets every 3 months on the first Monday of the month for a two-hour session Online exchange from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m..
After a short warm-up, we will begin our exchange using the Lean Coffee method.

This works as follows:
Each participant brings topics for discussion. These can be questions, problems, or experiences along the lines of "My best practice approach" or "Lessons learned".
After the participants have pitched their topics, each indicates their preference for one topic. The topics are then discussed according to this prioritization. All topics that did not make it onto the agenda will be added to the backlog and included in the topic selection for the follow-up meeting.

To give you a little insight, here are a few topics from past meetings:
Trust-based work or time tracking, tools and tips on whistleblower protection law, service contracts in sales, Relationship management & different customer types.

The exchange group „Women Connect“ consists of female managing directors or women in leading positions who exchange ideas on current topics of everyday business.
