Accessible through a web-based dashboard, this solution aims to simplify and streamline the management and backup of email communications. Managed email archiving includes a range of key features and benefits, accessible via a user-friendly web portal or a dedicated software client. These features include:
- Legal compliance: Meets the requirements for archiving emails according to GoBD and supports compliance with the GDPR.
- Data protection: Offers special auditor access for external audits and allows the use of emails as evidence in legal proceedings.
- Full archiving: All incoming and outgoing emails are automatically saved, even if they are deleted by the user.
- Backup and recovery: Enables access to emails in case of server failure and reduces backup and recovery times.
- Storage optimization: Reduces storage requirements through rule-based deletion and data compression up to 70 GB/s.
- Efficiency and productivity: Fast full-text search and preservation of the familiar folder structure make everyday work easier.
